i made this site but when i click on forum you should be able to scroll down 
with an scrollbar i made ( green/black ) it works fine with Internet Explorer 
from microsoft but mozilla is nicer in use so i always use mozilla. but I 
would like if the scroll bar color I added to work on mozilla alsow.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.start mozilla
2.go to http://83.98.150.60/~remcovg/
3.click on forum

Actual Results:  
a scrollbar came but it didn't adjust him as i told it to.

Expected Results:  
it should have changed of colour
