right column in this multi column page is missing the line breaks. This worked
fine with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.7.12)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. visit above URL
Actual Results:
text column on right side is missing line breaks
Expected Results:
dynamically broken text lines according to size of browser window
Have classified bug as major because problem occurs with several sites, and this
worked with 1.0.7.

I see <td nowrap and the page is in standards compliance mode, so this is
probably tech evangelism.
