1. Drag a bookmark toobar item to inside the browsing page, but don't drop.
2. Bring your mouse back to bookmark toolbar and drop on the same item you
dragged. (Drop the dragged item on itself)
Now, everytime you move the mouse over that item, there an interface glitch: it
looks as if the item is pressed down.
Reproducible: Always
