the text "Dauerthema Orthografie", the ->File ->Print... Print_range=Selection.
The print-output is "black characters on grey background" instead of "black
characters on white background" as the InternetExplorer or Opera would do.

If you do the same with any article on http://www.handelsblatt.com the
print-output does not print the highlighted text at all.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
It can be reproduced any time. Problem also occurs on Firefox.

Actual Results:

Expected Results:  
The print-output should have been "black characters on white background"

Confirming. I can reproduce this with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1;
en-US; rv:1.8b5) Gecko/20051006 Firefox/1.4.1 on Windows XP. The selected text
comes out as black letters against a gray background. Basically, it appears that
the selection rectangle is being printed.

Firefox 1.5rc2 has this bug. The latest trunk build 20051110 does not.

Looks like this bug has been fixed by bug 90434.
