User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b5) Gecko/20051006 Firefox/1.4.1 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b5) Gecko/20051006 Firefox/1.4.1 I love that Firefox can display SVG images now. One huge advantage of SVG is that text remains searchable and selectable no matter how it is formatted. Unfortunately Firefox does not allow to select (and copy) text from SVG images. In IE with Adobe SVG viewer this is no problem. Opera is like Firefox not capable of selecting text from SVG. It would be nice to have this feature in a forthcoming version. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Visit http://drhoffmann.dr.funpic.de/svgueb/text01.svg 2. Try to select the text with the mouse 3. Actual Results: nothing happens Expected Results: the text is selected and can be copied to clipboard
