31218 - Alternative text is not showing up on the inserted image

**** observerd with 2000-03-09 build ****
Steps to reproduce:
-open new composition window;
-insert an image and provide some text for Alt. text field;
//note: nothing is showing up after you inserted the image if you put your mouse 
on top of the image;
-send and get the message;
//note: no Alt.text is showing up when loading the image

I'm unable to reproduce with the 3/9 build on NT. It took me a couple tries to 
find an image large enough that it would take long enough to load that I could 
see the alt text. But it's there. I tested with 
http://www.indoorstorm.com/prs/26583.jpg

...you're right. It takes a really big image in Seamonkey to see it..Will verify  
as such.
