312401 - Layout is incorrectly rendered when viewing American Express credit card account

When you log into the credit card area, it renders correctly for about a second.
 After that all my summary information about my account are pushed down about 12
inches or so, so I need scroll down the view the info.  The logout is still in
the correct area.  Same issue with Firefox on Windows platform.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Got to http://www.americanexpress.com
2. If you have an account log in and choose Cards in the Select Account drop
down menu.  Then you will see what I am talking about.


Actual Results:  
Page is rendered incorrectly.


Nothing more.
