312499 - Custom download icon for lost/removed files

When bug 307753 lands we will have a situation where as long as camino runs we
track the location of files. But when we quit and files are moved around, like
now, we will display a generic file icon. 

We should instead of showing a generic blank file icon show a question mark icon
just like the Finder does. Doing this would more clearly indicate our users that
we do not know where the file is.

Icon will be attached soon.
