If you accidentally double-click on an xpi file to install it, then accept the
first install dialogue, the extension window opens.  Then, a second install
dialogue pops up (due to the double-clicking), if you hit cancel, the browser
crashes.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Pick a random extension
(https://addons.mozilla.org/extensions/moreinfo.php?id=743&application=firefox )
2. click TWICE on the install button
3. Accept the first install dialogue
4. Cancel the second dialog
Actual Results:  
Browser crashes completely.

Expected Results:  
Canceled the dialogue
