User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-GB; rv:1.7.8) Gecko/20050511 Firefox/1.0.4 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-GB; rv:1.7.8) Gecko/20050511 Firefox/1.0.4 When I right click on an image which is of type .jpg and select "Save as" Firefox appends .jpeg to the end of .jpg before saving. I'd like it to simply save it with the original file type - how is this possible? Currently it means if I want to be able to save and print the images at a shop, I need to use Internet Explorer - defeating the object of having installed the otherwise wonderful Firefox. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.find an internet site with an image 2.select save as 3.download the file to the computer - and it's a ".jpg.jpeg" Actual Results: The file has the extension ".jpg.jpeg" - i.e. it doesn't recognise the .jpg already listed as the extension, so adds the .jpeg. Expected Results: Just saved the file as .jpg
