Hi, this bug is difficult to reproduce.

But sometimes if you click a link on a page that opens a pop up window, and
after several (10 or more) times, Firefox doesn't ever open that window.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. difficult to reproduce

to fix this problem, I should close and reopen Firefox... 

(this happens on Firefox 1.5b1 and b2)
