I want to designate the NSPR in Firefox 1.5 final
as NSPR 4.6.1 final. Right now the NSPR version
on MOZILLA_1_8_BRANCH is "4.6.1 Beta". I'd like
to change it to "4.6.1" (final).

Patch to change NSPR version to "4.6.1" (final) on MOZILLA_1_8_BRANCH
Requesting approval1.8rc1.
This is a simple patch to change the NSPR version
on the MOZILLA_1_8_BRANCH from "4.6.1 Beta" to
"4.6.1" (final).
We want Firefox and Thunderbird 1.5 final to use a
final release of NSPR.
This patch has no risk.
