Typing CTRL+0 (reset text size to normal) doesn't work on the numeric keypad, regardless of Num Lock status.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open any page that contains text (non-image-based).
2. Increase or decrease the text size (with menu or keyboard).
3. Hit Ctrl+0, using the numeric keypad to hit "0".
4. The page's text should have reset, but it only works with the "0" (zero) above the letters.
Actual Results:
No result.
Expected Results:
The text size should have reverted to Normal.

see bug 198233, although they claim that it works if numlock is on.
Note that you're supposed to use the 0, - and + from the main keypad (so the + is really a =, on QWERTY). The numeric keypad works differently, which messes up things (see bug 198233 comment 10).
