Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open any page that contains text (non-image-based). 2. Increase or decrease the text size (with menu or keyboard). 3. Hit Ctrl+0, using the numeric keypad to hit "0". 4. The page's text should have reset, but it only works with the "0" (zero) above the letters. Actual Results: No result. Expected Results: The text size should have reverted to Normal. Dell Dimension XPS T-450 450Mhz 160meg RAM WIN98se 1024x768 Default theme, standard character encoding

see bug 198233, although they claim that it works if numlock is on. Note that you're supposed to use the 0, - and + from the main keypad (so the + is really a =, on QWERTY). The numeric keypad works differently, which messes up things (see bug 198233 comment 10).
