I updated to V1.5 beta 2. In my previous version, allow software updates was turned off prior the my update. I could not upload/install new themes no even if the ADDON site was added as an allowed site. I reinstalled the old version, swithed to allow software updates, reinstalled V1.5 beta and was then able to upload/install new themes. This happened in two PCs.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use older verison of Firefox, turn off allow software updates.
2. Install V1.5 beta 2. Try to install a new theme.
3. Reinstall old version, reset allow software updates.
4. Reinstall V1.5 beta 2.
5. Install new themes.

The original setting in the ui has always had incorrect text of "Allow web sites to install software" when in fact if prevented all extension / theme installation. Now it toggles the whitelist.
