313644 - cannot print contents of iframe within another iframe.

Trying to print contents of an iframe, which is embedded within a different, larger iframe fails.  Entire page is printed instead, minus contents of the embedded iframe.  Afterward, print spooler hangs, and won't print anything else until the job is manually cleared or Firefox is closed.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. select content within iframe by clicking or highlighting then selecting "Print" from file menu, or right clicking within the frame and then using the Print context menu extension

Actual Results:  
page is printed, but content of iframe in question does not show.  Print spooler is in limbo with the job not clearing itself after being printed.

Expected Results:  
Only contents of the embedded iframe should print.

Problem was reproduced on 2 different PC's using 2 different printers, one with Firefox 1.0.7 and one with 1.5 beta 2.

1.5.0.4 no longer makes print spooler hang, but still does not print solely the embedded page.

Just tested on 2.0.0.4.  Page prints as if it were a PDF.  Content in innermost iframe that you must scroll to see is not rendered on printout.  See above test case for confirmation.

I don't have a printer so I can't test unfortunately. There's going to be some work on printing done for firefox3, so perhaps you could test some Fx3 betas when they are released (in some months)?

Print preview can be used to see the effect I'm talking about in absence of a printer.  I will definitely test on the v3 betas once they arrive and update.
