31388 - Need to change the place of Japanese chars in Bookmark properties dialog

In Bookmark properties dialog, Japanese characters for "Check web page for updates".

Steps to reproduce
1. Open Navigator
2. Go to http://home.jp.netscape.com/ja/
3. Select menu Bookmark | Add Current Page
4. Select menu Bookmark | Manage Bookmarks...
5. Select http://home.jp.netscape.com/ja/ and select menu Edit | Bookmark Properties...  to open Bookmark properties dialog

Under "Check web page for updates"
   Japanese characters   "から" "真夜中"(spin box)  "まで" "午前１時"(spin box)  does not make sense.

   it should be "真夜中"(spin box)  "から" "午前１時"(spin box) "まで".

Tested 2000030709 JA build.

The layout is controlled by XUL. Are we going to a different layout for Japanese?

No, we should revert these strings to English. It's not in a very visible place, 
so we should be fine.

I put the workaround for Jab1 per Teruko's request. Should we mark it as fixed?

I think so, to keep things clean. And then, log a new one against the offending 
file and make the dependency to 12394.

updated.

I think we can mark this fix. The Japanese is different in jab2 it said
Start Time: XXXX
End Time: XXX
Which I think is ok now.

Mark it fixed.
