This is for after we release 1.0. We'll need to land the release notes from 1.0 onto the trunk so we have the updated version.

The 1.0rc1 file was already present on 1.8.0 and 1.8 but was out of date.

mento, did you land the updated readme (which had several corrections on the 1.0 branch) everywhere, too?

No, but I did now.

I linkified the caminobrowser.org links in ReadMe.rtf, too, and removed the trailing slash that had been pissing me off from the old profile path.
