Twice so far, on different occasions, the items in the bookmarks menu only highlight for an instant of mouse movement over them, so I get a 'blinking' effect when moving the mouse through the list. Sub-menus also don't open unless spcifically clicked on because of this. But once clicked, the items in the sub-menus highlight correctly (stay highlighted). This effect only occurs below the 'Manage bookmarks..' menu item.

I haven't been able to reproduce this, but on both occasions, I think the url text in the address bar may have been selected when I opened the bookmarks menu.
