From bug 314539 and also I see this behavior when Preferences panel is launched.

This was working before and now somehow happens again that, temporarily, Minimo UI goes off til we get the new Dialog in the screen.

yup... I have a fix for 013. This regression is a reason we had an rc last night and not a final :-/
