steps:
1. repeatedly mark a bug as a duplicate because bmo times out and doesn't show you that you succeeded.
2. go out for coffee or lunch or something because bmo timing out means you can't use it
3. come back and reload to try to commit that act you didn't think worked
4. read error message and try to figure out what bug(s) it's talking about
