Middle-Clicking a bookmarked item in the "bookmarks" pull-down menu loads that site in a background tab as expected but also closes the pull-down menu.

This is annoying if a user wants to open several bookmarked sites in background tabs without using tab groups. I think it's a safe assumption on Firefox's part that the user wants to load multiple sites if she is middle-clicking; otherwise she could simply left-click with the same results (ie. close the pull-down menu and go the bookmarked site right away).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Open the "Bookmarks" pull-down menu and middle-click any item.
Actual Results:
The pull-down menu closes.

Expected Results:
The pull-down menu should stay open if an item is merely middle-clicked (ie. loaded in a background tab) until the user moves the mouse away, clicks somewhere else, left-clicks an item or does something else to indicate that she wants to close the pull-down menu.

Running Tabbrowser Preferences, most recent version.

Seems that way. Sorry. ;-(

I did a search but I must have missed that one. Thanks for pointing this out though.
