User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8) Gecko/20051025 Firefox/1.5 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8) Gecko/20051025 Firefox/1.5 When a new tab is opened in the browser, after doing a google search with the previous tab using the googe search field, the google toolbar search field should be empty. However, the field still shows the previous search. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Open the browser, type some search string in the google search field. 2.Open a new tab ( By Pressing Ctrl+T) 3.The Google Search field string is not refreshed and made empty, instead it still reflects the last search string. Actual Results: The search string in the Google Search field is not refreshed and made empty, instead it still reflects the last search string Expected Results: The google search field string should be empty and cleared. This would help making a new search. With the current features, I have to go to the search field, manually delete the previous search string and then type a new search string.
