I noticed that there is a different behaviour with the css attribute float. Is this voluntary?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to http://net4visions.com/dev/ibrowser/ibrowser.php
2.Klick the insert button 
3.Compare the page to FF 1.0.7
