After you read in numbers with a barcode scanner and let this send automatically (the barcode scanner reads in a send command), the download manager pops up on the target- page (also when you deactivate "Show download manager when download starts" (Translated from german))

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Read in a number with a barcode scanner
(The form is sent automatically if you read in numbers with a barcode scanner)
Actual Results:  
The download manager pops up

Expected Results:  
Nothing. The form has an automatically forwaring, who works perfect.
