http://lxr.mozilla.org/mozilla/source/xpfe/components/search/src/nsInternetSearchService.cpp#99
sets #define MAX_SEARCH_RESULTS_ALLOWED 100
this is too low for many sites. I appreciate there were reasons for limiting the number of results returned but there is no warning - "results cropped" or something and AFAIK no way to adjust this (simply) Can I suggest 250 or 500 would be more suitable.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install rpmfind plugin from mycroft
2. Search for Apache
3. Note sidebar results limited to 100 but approx. 200 results on webpage

Actual Results:
no more than 100 results

Expected Results:
however many results are given or at least a warning.
-> Core, Firefox doesn't <interpret> except through extensions.
