i had added about 10 new folders comprising about 50 url's to the 1.0a1 bookmarks. on booting the 1.0b1 they are *gone*

Do you see any remaining bookmarks, or did they all disappear?

As I wroye, three of the Bokkmarks that were *not* inside a folder didn't disappear.
Do you still have the ~/Library/Application Support/Camino/bookmarks.plist file with the missing bookmarks?  If so, could you attach it to this bug?



I have not thought it useful to preserve a .plist file for a buggy situation ;-)
Without the .plist, I don't think there is much more we can do here.  Any other ideas, Simon?
