315637 - New version of JEP (0.9.5+b), please land on trunk and branch

Yesterday I released a new version (0.9.5+b) of the Java Embedding Plugin that
fixes bug 313807, which I consider to be a critical bug, and which I think
should block Firefox 1.5 RC2 and the final release.

Please land it on the trunk and branch as soon as possible, as far as possible
in advance of a presumed RC2.  The idea is to get it to a moderately large
group of testers before it goes out to the huge number that will download RC2.

I'm afraid it's too late for us to respin the release for a new verison of the JEP. This will have to wait for a follow up release. We'll revisit this if we decide to respin for the unicode keyboard bug but I don't believe we are going to go after that bug either. Shame we didn't notice that earlier.
