Add|Fix the ablity to send and possibly receive SMS.
Target Milestone: --- → Future
Implementation could be through the built-in Messaging application. An certain protocol handler like sms://+123456789 would up the Messaging application. More parameters could be passed in this format:
sms://+123456789?subject=$subj&body=$body
Or the // could be eliminated, thus mimicking the mailto handler.
