** Observed with 3/7/2000 Win32 build ** In Mail: Edit | Mail/News Account Settings window, the categoris names: Server Copies and Folder Outgoing (SMTP) server .. are not translated. The should be: サーバ コピーとフォルダ 送信メール (SMTP) サーバ

I change the title to "Mail: Edit | Account Settings, some category names are hardcoded" in msgbase.dll. They are in line 223-235 nsMsgAccountManagerDS.cpp.
