open a page with a link
open a new page in a window behind
minimize or close the first page
focus is not on the page in front
This works with loading a *tab* in the background, but when loading a *window* in the background the url bar remains focused when the page finishes loading.
Could this be a regression?
Isn't this bug 310395?
