Some ISOMSCR-Characters (http://www.w3.org/TR/MathML2/isomscr.html) are correctly rendert, if they are encoded by named entities, but aren't if they are encoded as character-references or aren't encoded at all, e.g. 𝒜 is rendered correctly and 𝒜 isn't.
