(Whiteboard: [wontfix?])

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; pt-BR; rv:1.7.8) Gecko/20050524 Fedora/1.0.4-4 Firefox/1.0.4
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; pt-BR; rv:1.7.8) Gecko/20050524 Fedora/1.0.4-4 Firefox/1.0.4

I believe Firefox should have a list containg the list of sites to be permanently cached. This could be very useful for people who access many different websites (specially sites with large files) but still need to access a few sites as fast as possible (for example, his/her company's web application). It could also be useful for mobile users on the road with only a slow Internet connection.

Reproducible: Always
Version: unspecified → 1.0 Branch
I'm not convinced this should be part of plain-vanilla Firefox, so I suggest WONTFIX. (If it can be done as an extension, why not?)
