If it does not, Mozilla will download the file correctly, but afterwards it will show 1kb of 1kb instead of the actual size of the file it just downloaded. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Download from URL where size is not specified 2. Watch it count as it downloads 3. Observe that it says 1kb instead of the proper size Actual Results: 1kb of 1kb Expected Results: X kb of X kb where X is the size of the file
