On Mac, we have code which will find a "private XULRunner" in the application bundle/Frameworks/XUL.framework. We should allow the same thing on unix/windows in the following fashion: <appdir>/stubname.exe <appdir>/application.ini <appdir>/xulrunner/xulrunner.exe and files This will make it easier to deploy apps in the 1.8 timeframe that want to deploy based on a "private xulrunner".
