currently: bz_canusewhineatothers Can configure whine reports for other users i'd rather the group be 'bz_canwhineatothers', "use" in that string is awful.
I suggest to WONTFIX this bug. Renaming a group and all occurences within the code to fix this "nit" doesn't worth it. You had to complain when the patch to add this group was posted, not years later.
Actually, fixing a group's name can be easy, though it may break some people's saved searches. Most places use group_id, not the name. I actually agree with timeless: canwhineatothers is clearer. can_whine_at_others would be even clearer. I dunnow, justdave: What do you think?
