Hey. My brother is useing Sunbird 0.3a1-de. Im imported the ics-file from 0.2-de. After the import all alarms of any event are gone. Also the globle-alarm-settings of 0.3a1 seems not to work.
This is a pretty useless bug report right now. (Why is it confirmed?) Please provide reliable steps to reproduce about what is failing. Are alarms not being saved to the calendar file? are alarms firing at the wrong time? Can you provide a testcase? 'Doesn't work' tells us nothing.
I suppose this is a duplicate of bug 315051 (refer to comments #1 and #3 in bug 315051).

Reopend with summary-change to refer the global-options-prob. Scenario: - Open in Sunbird the Options under the Tools-menu - Goto Alarms - Check "Show an Alarm-Box" - Set Alarm-Time to 1 day. - Close options - create an alarm on the next day - close sunbird - reopen sunbird expected: - alarm comes up What Sunbird do: - nothing I tryed to play a like bit around with this alarm-options, but I didnt get anyone.
