Almost except... the menus toolbar. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open customize window in main FF window 2. Try to move Menus toolbar 3. Behaviour is like toolbar can be moved Actual Results: Nothing happens ... Expected Results: The menu toolbar should be moved and placed where the user want.
