317788 - Menus in Theme for 1.5 RC3 don't follow native OS look

The default theme in 1.5 RC3 has changed from the one in 1.0.7.  When hovering over the menu items at the top RC3 colors in menu word with what looks like a selected color and the drop down menu itself has no 3D border.  In 1.0.7 the menu hover color was an indented grey (same as the window chrome color) and the drop down meny has a 3D border, both of which matched the default style in Windows.  See my screenshot comparision to see what I'm talking about.
