From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; N; PPC; en-US) Mozilla/m13
BuildID: 2000022414

On a USB enabled Power Macintosh with a Microsoft Intellimouse Explorer mouse,
the forward and back buttons as well as the scroll-wheel (which work in
Navigator) do not work in Mozilla.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit a page.
2. Click on a link to the next page.
3. Click on the button on "back button" on the mouse. Mozilla doesn't load the
previous page. You must click the back button to do so instead.

Same behavior for the 'forward' button on the mouse, as well as the scroll
wheel--- actually the scroll wheel looks like it might function in a
multiple-select box, but that's it. The page won't scroll. Notice how in
Netscape, there is a "window focus" component. If you click in a multi select
box, the scroll wheel will affect that widget set.

If you click outside the box, the scroll wheel affects the scrolling of the
entire page.

Actual Results: The buttons didn't function.

Expected Results: They should have functioned.
