When right click bookmark, cannot delete with "D" key

In the bookmark menu, if you right click an item a flyout menu opens. On that menu you have various options such as delete. The "D" on delete is underlined indicating that when the keyboard "D" is pushed it should delete the book mark, however, nothing happens. The same thing happens on all the menu items: copy, cut, delete, properties,e tc.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open bookmarks
2. Right click a bookmark
3. Push the "D" Key
Actual Results:
Nothing happens
Expected Results:
It should delete the bookmark
