When I use the Pimpzilla theme I don't get vertical or horizontal scroll bars. When I use the regular Firefox theme I do have scroll bars.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Tools
2.Themes
3.Use Theme Pimpzilla
4.Close all Firefox browsers
5.Open Firefox
6.Go to a page where I would normally have scroll bars.
Actual Results:  
I no longer have the scroll bars & dont have the capability to scroll horizontal, I have to use my mouse wheel to scroll vertically.

Expected Results:  
It sould have the scroll bars like it does when I use the regular Firefox theme or any of the other themes I have installed.

In that case the theme is not compatible with Firefox 1.5.
