319021 - No actions show up in "downloadaction" - how to disable a plugin-action

I want to diable the handling of PDF-Files. The problem is, that there are no actions at all shonw in the downloadactions-menu in extras-properties-download-actions, so i cannot change/disable something ;(

if I open a PDF its shown embedded in a tab, the plugin works, but dont show in the downloadsactionlist.

In that case you're probably suffering from Bug 308204.
I had the same, but only in 1.0.7, not in later versions.
