The new stop.tif and dl_cancel.tif images have two pages, which none of the other icons do. Also, the second (24px) page on each of them is a bit more orange-tinted than the first (32px) page.

Wevah, all the "navigational" round buttons have a 24px extra page so they all look nice and sharp when in small icon mode. Most of the other icons have distinct shapes and outlines so those don't really need it.
You are right about the color difference, thats why attached two updated ones. Good catch.
