When I hover over the icon (Google, or Yahoo, etc) in the search toolbar, the tool tip doesn't always show the correct text.  Simply take the mouse a hover over the >Go button on the address tool bar then after the tool tip displays, move the mouse over slightly to the search icon in the search bar.  You will see incorrect display in the tool tip.  Now more the icon over to the text area if the search bar, and the tool tip with display correctly.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use your mouse to hover over the icon in the search bar.  The tool tip will not display correctly.

Actual Results:  
The tool tip for the search bar does not always display correctly.

Expected Results:  
The tool tip for the search bar should always display correctly.
