The password manager and autocomplete are not working in recent trunk builds.

From mozillazine:
"The last good build, that I have saved, that does NOT have this bug is 2005113000
2005113013 is the first following build, that I have, that DOES have the bug."

So I guess regression window between 2005113000-2005113013

this are the three builds that have this bug. Don't know about 20051202 and 20051201 or the others since I only updated on 20051203(manual update not autoupdate).
I can narrow the reporter's regression window slightly.
Build 2005113005 (the nightly) is free of the PM bug.

If you can try backing out the checkin from 30th November at 10:51 am for bug 316414 and see if it fixes things.

This should be fixed now that bug 319024 is fixed.

This should really narrow it down.  This one has it:

Concur. PM works fine with Windows Trunk build 2005121323.
