<select> and <select1/> controls don't update instance data when selection is changed. Actually it looks like nsIXFormsAccessors::setContent() method doesn't update instance data properly. In instance, <select> element calls setContent() method but nothing is happen (http://lxr.mozilla.org/mozilla/source/extensions/xforms/resources/content/select.xml#545)
