Details
Set character coding to Auto-Detect (Russian). Go to one of the specified URL's.
Russian text on this sites will be shown incorrectly. You'll see wrong symbols
for cap letters and for 'ya' (?) letter. All this sites are ruuning on IIS.
Maybe this is a bug of charter decoding module of the web server... I'll try to
figure out smth about it

I think what happen is we detect as x-mac-cyrillic. this is a dup of which I fix
last night. (Note in beta1)
