when changing a bug, should not move to next bug in last-created list

Details
When I change I bug, 99 times out of a 100 I don't want to make any changes to the next bug on the list I last generated, but rather to the same bug I was working on. In fact, I often get confused and comment in the next bug on the list instead of the bug I'd just changed. Would it not be better to stay in the same bug after a change to it?
