I am sorry URL was incorrect as page loads presumbly via java from here.

Select Harbour Operation and then Dynmanic Port Display from left hand frame.

The SVG document is missing the namespace declaration(s), see bug 307813. It may have worked in 1.0.6 using an external SVG plugin that is less strict about this.
