This was not the case in the previous version (1.07), and is very annoying while trying to browse the internet. In the previous version I was prompted once after loading firefox, but could then browse without interuption. I use a local proxy server called 'proxy' which uses port 8080. I use windows xp home sp2. Reproducible: Always
